Points of artistic interest create a network that gives a new structure to the entire area. In the large, flowing park landscape (Sckell) precise geometric accents are created (Mark Spitz, among others). The park is not only seen as a field for civic-minded politics, but as a work of garden art. Sports heroes would provide material for reflecting on the relationship between man and nature. |
